My testimony for the Lord is that I was blessed by being born into a family with God-fearing parents that loved the Lord and lived accordingly. I was raised in church since the day I was born. I surrendered my life to Christ at the age of twelve. I don't have any horror stories to tell. What I can tell you is that the Lord has been with me every second of the day. He is there during the good times and bad. There is no way that I could have survived the bad times without him. I can always feel His presence each step of the way. I believe God's promise to me that I will never walk alone. He is with me at all times. What a relief it is to know that God is handling my problems and knowing that His will is being done. As a Christian you know His will is perfect every time. What a blessed gift that is from our Heavenly Father. There is no stopping point in telling the many ways God has blessed me. He provided me with a lovely wife, two great sons and 2 wonderful daughters-in-law. Which all love and live for Jesus. What more can man ask for? What I can't understand is why people don't believe and accept him as their personal Lord and Savior so they, too, can have the assurance of spending eternity in heaven with Jesus. If they just knew the horrible pain that Jesus went through before he died. And the peace that comes with knowing that He died for our sins. But He arose from the grave so that our sins would be forgiven.
You have to know that one day we will all die and face judgment day. We will spend eternity in one of two places: heaven or hell. (Eternity: do people truly know the meaning of this word?) Both are free, and I have the assurance of going to heaven because I believe in the virgin birth, death and resurrection of my Lord and Savior. I have asked and received Jesus Christ into my heart, that's all anyone has to do. This is available to everyone and my prayer is that everyone will accept this free gift.
Without Jesus you will spend eternity in HELL!! Life is so short on earth, why live for the devil when you can live for Jesus and spend eternity in heaven with Him?
